Scott Dunlap Chairman of the Board, Founder & CEO As CEO of NearbyNow, Inc., Scott brings over 14 years of experience in developing new Internet technologies to strengthen retailer connections with customers. At E.piphany, Inc., his product management team developed data mining and marketing technology to help retailers such as Charles Schwab, Microsoft, and Godiva better target and grow their customers. Later he joined the founding team of Loudcloud (now Opsware: OPSW) to operate and manage some of the largest e-commerce sites in the world for companies like Nike, Fannie Mae, Univision, and USA Today. At Avolent, he helped develop e-billing software to streamline customer interactions for companies such as Dell, Office Depot, and Xerox. He also founded 4charity.com (sold to Innovaware) to develop technology to assist non-profit companies in online fundraising. Scott is on the Board of Advisors for Reactrix and Coverity. Scott holds a B.S. from the University of Oregon, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. |

Dan Steinman Founder & VP, Customer Relations As VP of Customer Relations, Dan manages our relationship with our retailer partners and shopping center managers. He brings over 20 years of experience in sales, customer support, and business development for companies such as The TDA Group, Longview Solutions, E.piphany, Silicon Graphics, and IBM. Dan has managed some of the largest and most demanding customers in the world including Intel, Cisco, IBM, Charles Schwab, American Airlines, Applied Materials, Wells Fargo, SAP, and Microsoft. Dan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from North Dakota State

Leonid Blyukher VP, Engineering Leonid Blyukher leads technology teams at NearbyNow and is responsible for software development, operations, and quality assurance. Leonid brings more than 13 years of experience in technology, focusing on fast growing startup companies. He joined NearbyNow from Yousendit, a rapidly growing SaaS digital content delivery provider where he served as VP of Engineering. Before that Leonid was at ZEDO, a San Francisco-based ad serving company, where he served as VP Engineering, eCommerce. Prior, Leonid headed a team at Walmart.com tasked with integrating rapidly growing Walmart.com site with Walmart Corporate systems. The Walmart.com site was based on eCommerce platform developed by HomeWareHouse.com, where Leonid was one of the original architects. Earlier in his career he developed enterprise software applications for Fortune 500 companies, including Wells Fargo, PG&E, and Charles Schwab. Leonid holds Master and Bachelor degrees in information technology and computer science from the Odessa Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine and San Francisco State University. |

Josh Schaefer Founder & Director, Product & Data Technology As Director of Integration Technology, Josh manages the Herculean effort of processing and securing data feeds from our many retailer partners. Josh brings over 10 years of experience in developing, administering, and selling internet e-commerce technologies. At Cisco, he was part of the team that deployed and managed what is still one of the largest e-commerce engines in the world today. At Loudcloud (now Opsware: OPSW) he brought his operational expertise to design and manage sites for customers such as Blockbuster, Britannica, and Northwest Airlines. Most recently, Josh managed the international merchant integration team for Shopping.com, where he oversaw the rapid growth of merchants for the U.S., France, Great Britain, and German Shopping.com sites. Josh holds a B.S. in Computer Technology from Purdue University. |
